Primaloft® Comfort Pillow 4.3 5 144 144
firm but not hard seems good so far, had it for 2 weeks with no lumps or bumps of innards. April 7, 2014
Disappointed There were so many good reviews I was excited to try this pillow. The first night it was very comfortable but it started to lose its shape by the next use. I have a neck injury so sleeping on a supportive and non-lumpy pillow is very important. I tried shaking it every day as another customer had suggested in their review & I even tried putting it in the dryer, but these temporary solutions had short-lived effects. So sadly this pillow doesn't work for me. :-( March 17, 2014
The Best Pillows I have purchased many of these for both home and Airstream. They are the perfect loft for comfortable side & stomach sleeping. February 4, 2014
Love, love these pillows These pillows are so comfortable to sleep on. They are not too flat, not too thick but just right. And they are hypoallergenic too. February 4, 2014
Greatest pillow This is the best pillow. I have been searching for a long time and have found one that works GREAT! Lots of support but not too hard. January 28, 2014
Disappointing for side sleepers I have been looking for a supportive down-free, non-foam pillow for a while, and the positive reviews for this one caught my eye. Love Garnet Hill! Sadly, this product is a disappointment for me. The loft mashed down on the very first use -- faster than the cheap pillows I needed to replace. The plllow covering and the fill do seem high quality but there's little support for a side sleeper. I wonder if these pillows have changed over time since my experience with this product certainly does not match the positive reviews here. So I've spent the money and still don't have side sleeper pillows I can use. Sigh. January 21, 2014

Answer:
No, these are not firm pillows. While they are fluffy, they are also soft. They give light support. If you like extra firmness, these are not for you.

Answer:
I'd say they are moderately firm - they aren't down so they remain firm (not super squishy and they don't compress much) but i wouldn't say they are EXTRA firm. Hope that helps!

I would not say these pillows are extra firm. They have quite a lot of stuffing but they are quite soft.

Answer:
It's not really firm - those don't work well for me with my neck issues. But it is curiously supportive because of the baffling. You can return it at any time, so you might want to give it a try. I did and I am super happy with it.

I think they're a bit squishy, and they get softer with time, so no, I don't think they're extra firm.

No, I would say they definitely have a cushion-y feeling to them. We like them for that factor.

Answer:
Not extra firm, not like a foam rubber pillow but supportive. I'm a side-sleeper with neck issues and these have been good for me.

I would'nt consider this pillow extra firm. It's rather soft but holds that set softness and goes no further.

Answer:
A queen pillow would not fit a standard size pillowcase. A queen size pillow and our standard size pillowcases both measure 20 x 30.

Answer:
No, you would need a queen sized pillowcase. Otherwise, you are stuffing the pillow inside a standard case and you would not get the full benefit of the pillow's loft.

Answer:
The pillow cases fit snugly, but there's no need to wrestle with the pillow and case to change them. It's a matter of personal taste, I suppose. I like them snug and just long enough to cover the pillow. If you don't, best to order a queen or king.

They just go to the end of the pillow. If you want ANY fabric folding nicely down the side of the pillow you won't get it!
