Love the neckline but this dress is just too thin for my liking. For reference I am a fit size 4/small and comfortable with my body but this feels like a worn out sleep shirt. Maybe leggings and or control undergarments would help, but that isn't what I was looking for in a casual summer dress.

I ordered this dress in a Small since I'm 5'3"+ and 118 lbs. It fits great from the neck down, but it hits well above the knee, especially when belted. Never had a problem with a dress being too short before but it's made for knees 20 yrs. younger. It's really cute but unfortunately I had to send it back because of the length.

I bought this dress in the blue-ish color, and size XS. Dresses tend not to fit well since I have an athletic body type. I tend to look boxy and boyish. Not the case with this dress. At 5'5" it sits just above the knee, and flatters my figure. I feel cute and feminine! I have worn in twice since getting it about two weeks ago and belted it each time. I think it needs the belt, but I could imagine it looking great without on certain frames. Anyway, I love it. I recommend it.

I tested this dress on a recent trip to the tropics. The fabric stood up to the heat very well! The cut of this dress was quite flattering though one needs a belt to give it some shape! All in all, a worthy purchase for the price!

This one is a keeper. I am 5'7, 130 lbs, with a slim build and small bust. I ordered the black in a small, and it's a lovely fit. Not tight, but not a huge tent like some GH garments. They cut the curves just right on this one with just enough room to spare so that you don't have to suck in your stomach all day. The fabric is light, so it will work from spring right into summer. Dresses up and down very well. I have also worn it with wool tights and boots. No issues with the fabric being see-through, but I can't speak for the lighter colors. A bit expensive at regular price, but I got it on sale (about 20% less) and felt that was a good price.

This garment is measured from the back of the neck (approximately where the tag is) to the hem. The length varies from 37" to 38" depending on the size.10 months ago
Several reviewers say it's too long, and another who says she's 5'9", my own height, complains it's well above the knee. But she doesn't say if she wears size 4 or size 14, so I don't know how long it will be on me.
It's very very helpful to list the actual lenght from shoulder in a dress, or waist in a skirt.
Many mistakes and unhappy customers could be avoided that way; "falls to knee lenght" is singularly unhelpful.
