We don't have these particular Lily shift dresses, but my daughter has many of these (from Garnet Hill and elsewhere), and they wash easily and well -no wrinkles, fading or shrinking. As with most things, I wash these inside out (prevents fading), and in cold water. (I just use normal cycle on my high-end front-loader, but they've done fine in a vacation rental top-loader on gentle cycle.) I let them dry flat, and toss them on low heat when they're just barely damp so that they're not stiff. Good luck!

Answer: 
Wash on cold and hang dry, or dry on low temp. I didn't experience any shrinkage when using this washing method.
