Oversized in scale, our bold take on houndstooth adds some oomph to a traditional flat-weave rug design. Hand-loomed of wool and cotton. Reversible for twice the wear. Imported.
Size 1: 2'6" x 8' (runner) Size 2: 3'6" x 5'6" Size 3: 5' x 8' Size 4: 8' x 11'
In addition to our regular shipping and processing charges, a Special Handling Charge of $10 will be applied to Size 1 and 2, and $20 to Size 3 and 4. This amount will show when you add the item to your Shopping Cart.

So glad I went with the Garnet Hill version of this rug after I saw reviews of what looked like a similar rug on another site but could not have been even close. That rug had a screen-printed houndstooth design (screened? on a rug? no!). This Garnet Hill version is what this rug should be: flat, woven wool, durable, and stylish. This rug really jazzes up a boring room. I'm really loving it. It was much longer than expected; I didn't think to measure the space assuming it would be the same size as the last runner I bought for this room. The quality of this rug is superb. It definitely needs a non-slip pad underneath.

Traditional...with a twist!

I love this rug! I have a traditional decor, but want to get rid of some of the old-fashioned fussiness. This rug, in black coffee, has a very crisp look, which is perfect for freshening up my room and giving it a "new" traditional look. If you are used to a wool rug with more padding, you'll appreciate a thicker pad underneath, which will also keep it in place. I'm using it in my entry, which gets a lot of traffic, and so far it's been very durable.

I have a thing for houndstooth and I am so happy I ordered this rug! I ordered the toffee and it is a nice addition to my decor. Blends nicely with just about anything. Not very soft, but it adds a nice pop without being overpowering.
