Garnet Hill Essential Down Blanket is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 327.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeat I have bought 6 throws and 4 comforters. My two grandsons use them all the time and my daughters love their couch throws. I highly recommend them. Soft, great colors and durable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect down throw I thought I'd never find a worthy replacement for my lifelong favorite (now threadbare) down throw, but GH aced it. A bit larger and softer than anyone else's, and 'ginger spice' was just the terra cotta-ish hue I wanted. Easy care as well; I dry mine with 2 tennis balls on low heat for maximum fluff and minimal fading.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light and Just Right Warm I purchased this based on previous reviews and am really happy I did. We live in the PNW where it usually doesn't get bitter cold in the winter (except this year). We bought the down-alternative because it is easily washed (dogs) and holds up. We use it with just a flannel sheet and it is plenty warm even when the temp outside is in the teens and our heat is pretty much down around 55 degrees inside. It is plenty warm and cozy and never too warm. It is light weight enough that I never feel like I have a ton of blankets on me (I hate that feeling and my feet especially, are sensitive to blanket weight). I can't recommend this more. I only wish I had bought it sooner. Also, we did have a down blanket but it actually was too warm - this one is just right. It's also generously sized so that two people can use it without fighting over who isn't covered. That makes a big difference because plenty of down blankets are not as generous in size. I bought the white and it is a bright white and though I wish it were slightly softer in color (but not eggshell) it really works out fine with other white tones. The fill stays fluffy and doesn't bunch up in the pockets. It's almost through a full winter and it will make through many more at this rate. It's a keeper. I'm happy and would buy it again in a flash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best blanket ever! This blanket is the perfect weight. Keeps you warm without suffocating you and is light enough to not create that lumpy look when you put a spread over it. Also it is the softest, nicest fabric ever!

Does the down blanket have corner loops to tie on a duvet cover?

Asked by: jlnn
Our blankets and comforters do not have loops. We recommend tying the comforter cover tie around the corner of the blanket/comforter.
