This little backpack is perfect for my little backpacker. She is a kindergardener with a fondness for all things bright and beautiful. The fit is good for a small person but it is large enough for important pieces of art and a lunch bag with room for a show and tell.

I love the idea of a jr backpacks, but I would not buy one again.
The weekly folder that my son's school uses for parent communications is just a little too big - I think the folder is 9 X 12 or possibly 10 X 13.

The corners get folded when the folder is put in the backpack, but because it doesn't fit perfectly, the kinder room parents won't put it in the backpack sometimes. So he has to carry it to after school.
If I could do it over again, I would just get the full size backpack.

First ordered backpack jr for my three year old grandson to start pre school in September. We loved every aspect of the backpack. Perfect for someone just starting to use a backpack. The colors and patterns are bright and fun. Truly great quality. My two year old granddaughter also loved the backpack so this is my second backpack jr purchase this year. The lunch box is just as durable. Thanks for a great product.
