King-Sized Quilt Too Small
I ordered the King-sized Quilt for my bed and found that it didn't fit. That is to say, it didn't cover the sides of the sheets. I have a pillow-top, but it's nothing unusual, and was very disappointed that the quality was too narrow to even cover the sheets.

Love It
This is a great quilt for the summer. It's very pretty and seems well-made. I like the weight of it. I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know what it will look like after that.

I came back for another
I bought this coverlet a couple of years ago for our queen bed. It's a deep mattress and a high bed frame, so I bought a King size to use as a bedspread, which doesn't touch the floor but is a perfect lenght. It washes beautifully and is just the right weight, not too heavy but there if you need it. (I adjust for winter by using a heavier blanket under it.)
This time I bought a double/queen size for the queen guest room bed, which does not have a deep mattress and also has a bed skirt, so I really wanted a coverlet and not a bedspread length. Since I have one of these quilts already, I knew I could wash it without damage, and put it in the dryer on med heat to shrink it some: it came out 88x92, which is perfect. Note that the double/queen size says 86x90, so it's a couple inches longer than description. It was about 90x95 before I washed and dried it.
It's classy, with enough embellishment to give it some distinction but not so busy that you can't mix it with prints or other fabric finishes.

Quality Quilt
I bought this for a guest room. It is neutral and elegant. This is a quilt my husband and I could agree on. It is light weight and I will likely be adding a comforter in a duvet for the winter, but it seems like a good weight for the summer.

Best quilt I ever purchased
I bought this quilt about two years ago in Whitewash. My room is done in shades of green and taupe. The ivory quilt with the taupe stitching looks perfect against my sage green bedskirt. I have washed it several times because my cats love to sleep on it and it still looks like new. I actually signed on to buy a "backup", because I am so pleased with it and don't want to change for years to come. So sad - all are gone in King. Hope they get them again next spring.

Rich
I bought this quilt last August when it appeared on the catalog cover and fell in love with it. After speaking with customer service I chose the whitewash in King for my Queen bed because I wanted it to cover more like a spread. The look is a rich finish to the bed and a stunning accent to the room. Unlike other reviews, I did not find the stitching or the weight to be an issue.

It is pretty thick, but I don't think it will be enough coverage for winter months. I have a cotton blanket under my quilt.Age: 45-54
