not that happy
This rug is nice; however is already coming apart after only a few weeks of use. I purchased the same rug (different colors) 8 years ago which lasted through heavy use until my puppy got a hold of it. This one is unraveling in places already.

Beautiful But Lacking in Quality
Ordered the half circle in brown. The colors are more vibrant than the picture, which is good for me. The half circle does not measure 48 in. but 46 in. I would not recommend vacuuming the rug but just shaking it out or picking off lint. When I first vacuumed it about half a dozen hreads came loose. I haven't decided whether I will glue them back in or just keep them stuffed in and not vacuum. I will keep the rug (did not pay full price) because it fits perfect in the area I bought it for and the colors are perfect as well. I

Green/Blue multi round rug
Wonderful rugs, I have two, one green blue and one brown/orange multi. Very well constructed and colorful. Too bad I bought the blue green four days before they went on sale for $100.00 off.

Perfectly Whimsical
I orginally ordered the blue green one, yet wound up exchanging it for the olive one. My traditional farmhouse needed a whimsical touch in the foyer, and this rug is perfect!! It is bright yet also traditional, well made, long wearing, and fun. It looks wonderful against my white pine floors. LOVE!

Loops pull out :(
Last winter, I bought the 5' round rug in the green/blue multi and was immediately taken by its heft, thickness, softness, and the awesome colors. It looked great in our family room and we got instant compliments. About a month after having it, we noticed that so many loops had pulled out (20+) and sent it back to Garnet Hill for another one. The service team explained that with regular wear and tear, this should not happen and it must have been defective. Their pick up nd return of a new rug was prompt. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to the replacement rug, just not right away. I still love the look and have taken time to cut off any ripped out loops so that they are not noticeable. I will be keeping it, but am disappointed that this would happen with an expensive item that appears to be of high quality.
