Rated 5 out of 5 by Just do it! If, like me, you are contemplating biting the bullet and ordering these, then my advice is to just go for it. This is the type of foundation piece you will wear again and again. They are a fairly lightweight, matte crepe that just sort of "disappears" when you put them on, so you can wear a pretty blouse, sweater or tunic on top and let that be the star. They are of course comfy as can be, stretchy and forgiving. The only drawback is the price, but I figure that I will be wearing them for years, so well worth it! As with all Eileen Fisher, they run large, so order down if you want them to fit like the photo. October 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Favorite "Go-To" Pants Definitely worth the splurge as these are deceptively extraordinary pants. The stretch crepe fabric is high quality and flatters virtually every body shape. Color stays true black after many washings (cold water with detergent for dark colors of course). Rolled up and packed them for a cruise- easy to dress up or dress down as needed. 5'3" approx 135....bought a size S regular because I wanted the extra length. A terrific find! August 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect These pants feel like a dream and flatter even a former athlete's build (curvy, solid rear and thighs). I am 5'4" 155 lbs (mostly in the rear and thighs!) and bought a SP. I wish they came in more colors. July 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the fit I'm new to Eileen Fisher clothing and bought these based on the reviews. I'm so glad I did - I have a smallish waist with larger hips and these fit SO well. Pants are usually baggy in my waist but even though these are elastic, they fit just right. I'd love these in a white denim fabric. June 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these pants! I am 5'6 and 165 lbs. These pants fit me in a medium. They are very comfy.I am full around my belly and these pants don't bind.I only wish they came in other colors!I will purchase again! June 19, 2016

Answer:
I recommend a size Small. I am your height, 5"4", and I weigh 130, and the XS fits me fine. They are on the voluminous side.

We are not able to make a size recommendation with height and weight information. We would recommend comparing your body measurements with our sizing chart to find your best size. Please note that garment measurements are also provided for this item on our site.

Fitting
I wear between a 6 and 8. Purchased the Eileen F crepe skirt in small and it fits comfortably. I know that many Garnet Hill clothes fit full. I am 5'4" and a toned 140 lb. Do I order s or xs?

Sizing Question
Are these pants form fitting? Should I size up or order my regular size? With the description of them being slim fitting, I'm confused as to the correct sizing.
