Soft and just the right amount of warmth
Bought this in the throw size for the couch. Just love it. I find down or synthetic comforters too hot. The silk fill and cover are amazing for temperature regulation. I am aware of the soothing warmth in just a few moments. But it seems to sense the most comfortable temperature level and then it holds it. With other comforter type throws I toss them off because I get too hot. Not this one. Very good for a nice long nap.

Positively luxurious
I absolutely LOVE this comforter. It is deliciously soft and beautiful.
The only thing about it is that it feels so wonderful against your skin, but you're afraid to sleep without something in between, because you don't want to get it dirty. Which a little bit defeats the purpose of the lovely texture and feel.
I had this comforter bookmarked for months and I kept going back to look at it before I finally bought it. If you're like me, then go for it - you will love it.

nice piece
Very soft, pretty, thinner than I thought but really all that is needed. It's cold in my house and i thought I would have to supplement it with another blanket but I was wrong.

LUSCIOUS LUXURY
Soft, supple, light but still warm....absolutely luxurious!! The only negative if you have a pet beware the fabric as to be expected with silk pulls easily....disappointed that matching pillow shams were not available

Dreamy solution to a goose down allergy
My soft white silk comforter is heavenly. I never get too hot under it and find myself pulling it up to snuggle under every night. No more waking up with a stopped up nose, coughing or runny eyes from down. Treat yourself!

Fabulous
I debated about the purchase because of its expense but once I received the product I was thrilled knew I had made the right choice. I bought the queen size in soft white. It's so soft, it's like sleeping under a cloud. The silk is thick and not fragile but is gorgeous. You really cannot go wrong with an Eileen Fisher/Garnet Hill product - especially this one!!
