Not for tall broad shouldered girls
This dress is definitely A-line starting at the bust. I'm 5' 7" , 125, small-busted and the 4 fit fine in the shoulders and bust then flared out from there. It would make a great first 6 months maternity dress for me! Too much fabric to belt, looked bulky. The fabric is very nice quality but too, too much of it.

Best Black Dress
This black dress can go everywhere. It folds easily and doesn't wrinkle. I wear it easily and changes looks with a scarf, jewelry or a jacket. BUY it in every color! I did.

Great everyday dress
I was looking for an everyday dress that would work in multiple situations. This one fits the bill. It's versatile enough for work, going out, or just bopping around to run errands. I've worn it loose with leggings, belted, with a scarf, etc and I feel put together, but also comfortable as though I'm in pjs. It does run very large, so size down.For reference, I'm 5'6", 127 lbs and I got an x-small.

No Blues with this Dress
Eillen Fisher - always a winner. This fits perfectly, is a gorgeous cobalt blue and can be dressed up or down. What more does anyone want? I wear it with tights and without - great with sandals and low heels - definitely a classic.

Great dress!
I chose the blue and loved the color! The fit is great and it's very comfy. I paired it with the capris leggings. Dress it up or wear it casual.

I Love this Dress!
This may be my new favorite dress. And, that's saying something! I got it in the gray. It is pretty dark but it has just enough blue in the gray to make a really sophisticated, interesting color. I love the cap sleeves and round, ballet style neck line, too. I wear a size 10 but purchased a small on the advise of the other reviewers and it is perfect. Thanks to everyone for their input on the sizing. Eileen Fisher's clothing is pricey but this dress is so worth the money!

It feels plenty loose yet as I move my legs cling to the fabric and also in the back. It is not static cling, definately the two fabrics. Hate to have to wear a slip!

Been eyeing this dress for years; afraid to order it. EF always looks great on the models, and frumpy (and therefore aging) on me. Usually wear 4 or 6 (broad shoulders). Hourglass shape.
