Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shapely Sweater I love the color and the oversized shape. The sweater looks amazing with black pants. Best of all I got it on sale!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy staple for my collection! This sweater is gorgeous, high-quality, and a classy drape. I just LOVE this glacier color! I must admit, I got this with the Angled-side-seam sweater, which I prefer a bit more because it's more flattering on my bust. Garnet Hill's cashmere does not dissapoint. Quality is very important to me and pilling drives me absolutely insane. So far, no pilling on any of my GH cashmere. I'm a curvy gal (5'6", 180lbs, 34G bust) and the Medium fit me perfectly. It is very flattering and accentuates and hides all the right parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great seasonal transition piece This runs much larger than you would expect, but if you have to go up one size to get what you want... well, lets say that ALL the sizes run large. It looks just as great with a miniskirt as it does with cords or pants. The boxy structure drapes on your frame so that it is cozy but feminine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Everyday Luxury I have this sweater in two colors, and they are my favorites to wear every day—casual and comfortable but special enough to doll up for the evening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this sweater I ordered the gray and it is so lush. The quality of the cashmere is superior to some of the sweaters I've purchased in previous years - it's thick, it's soft and it's the perfect complement to any outfit. I went back to order in other colors, and it looks like I have to wait until next season. I see this being a staple!

I am trying to decide what size to order.

I am a size 12 - 5'4". I vary between a medium and a large in tops at GH. I would like a loose fit, like on the model so I was originally going to order a large, but when I read the size range for a large...it seems like it could be too big. Is anyone else a similar size...and what size did you get in this sweater? Thanks!

I am in the same dilemma, I bought medium and large, I run between 12-14 Large on most tops. But I was concerned about the Large measurements, and tried them both on and the Large seems like an awful lot of fabric, although the sweater was longer in length. Not sure how exactly it should look on me, I'm 5'4 and 38 bust

washable or dry clean?

Asked by: zephyrus2
I have a front loading washer and I wash it gently on the shortest cycle, low spin. Lay flat to dry. Comes out great!

is this sweater longer in the back than it is in the front? I would like to know the length of back for a size M.

Asked by: Anitainla
While the measurements may be the same, with the way the sweater is fashioned, the back definitely looks shorter than especially the sides (which hang lower than both the front and back on me). It looks fine, but it's not particularly subtle.

Is the entire bottom edge of the sweater open or is it closed part way. Difficult to tell by the photo

Asked by: smat
The entire bottom is open. I have loved wearing it and have not felt that it was drafty at all. It hangs nicely and drapes like in the photograph.

Sleeve fit?

Can anyone answer how the sleeves fit? They seem to be very tight. I'm 5,11 and usually wear XL or XXL. I'm concerned that the sleeves will be too tight for my sadly flabby upper arms...?
Asked by: bjorgk
Unfortunately, I have the same problem but there is plenty of room in the upper arms; sleeve gets tighter below the elbow.
