Bertie Stripe Indoor-Outdoor Rug by Dash & Albert 4.8 5 38 38
nice rug This is a very nice rug with beautiful vibrant colors. The only negative is it curls up at one end all the time-even with a rug pad under it. I'm hoping that if I keep flipping it this will stop. April 21, 2014
Beautiful Colors The colors are as vibrant and beautiful as shown in the picture -- I love it! This rug will really perk up my kitchen. March 29, 2014
Great little rug. I have two of the 2 x 3 size for our patio. I love the colors and how easy they are to hose off when they get dusty. They do cost a little more than the typical coir rugs but I think they will last a lot longer. March 19, 2014
Fun and Functional I purchased the 4 x 6 rug in the darker multi-color stripe for a high traffic area of a large kitchen. It is so well made and brightens up the room. The rug is lightweight but very sturdy. I am using a thin pad similar to the kind you use on hardwood floors under an area rug. It is also very soft under the feet and my small dog curls up on it like it's her favorite sweater. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. Would buy again. November 19, 2013
GREAT After 3 years of use at my kitchen sink. I was ready for another in the exact same pattern. Good quality. Kitchen stripe pattern hides dirt. and looks great! Vacuum , shake and sponge clean. voila! November 6, 2013
So far so good I love the colors on the rug. They are nice and bright. It doesn't have a lot of weight to it, so it does move around, recommend a rug pad. Otherwise aside from the one end refusing to lay flat because it was rolled up so tightly it's perfect in front of my kitchen sink. I think it will lay flat once I dampen it from washing. Answer:
As there is no pile, they feel as soft as they can for the kind of rug that it is. I find the rug very comfortable under bare feet. My feet are happy ;)

Answer:
This rug is surprisingly very soft underfoot. It is not like a typical indoor outdoor rug -- it feels much more like a regular wool hooked rug.

I would love it in our entryway since the description reads it is good for high traffic areas, but I'm wary of it slipping and sliding.

Answer:
While it indicates it has a rubber backing, it still slips a bit so if you are concerned I'd still get a rug pad for underneath. It's high quality, however, so I still highly recommend it.

We have hardwood and it does not slip... we got the largest size which helps as its heavier.

Answer:
Yes, we do feel that this rug would slip on hardwood floors however, you may try a rug underlay pad with it to help with this.

Its in our mudroom & lays flat with a rug pad underneath - its heavy enough that it shouldn't bunch up . . .

Answer:
No - not according to the rug's instructions. I will use a rug spray for small spots or my home machine for the entire rug if needed.

Answer:
Smaller sizes can be washed in a large capacity washer on gentle cycle. Larger sizes can be hosed down & hung over a railing to dry.

Why doesn't GH photograph each rug? I really can't tell what they look like. I find this issue in clothing too, why not photograph the back side of clothing? And sheets, why not a photo of a bed in every color? I don't get it, but it does make me pass some things up, like a rug right now.
