400 Thread Count Supima® Cotton Mattress Pad 4.5 5 35 35
Great Mattress Pad! Looked high and low for a cotton mattress pad. What a difference from my old poly one. This is a must have. February 4, 2014
Nice, plush cover In first week of using so have yet to put it to any real test but it is very plush and comfy. Like that it is 100% cotton. January 17, 2014
Comfy but. . . My bed is more comfortable with this generous-sized mattress pad, but I was not happy to see that it requires drying in an extra-large machine. Does that mean I'll have to go to the laundromat whenever I wash it? I hope not! It's already pricey! December 19, 2013
Quality as expected Switched to this all cotton, natural fiber mattress pad after using a lamb's wool mattress pad for many years. Quality is excellent as I would expect from Garnet Hill. I also like that I can wash this at home, rather than having to take the previous wool pad we had to a commercial laundry. It seemed a bit pricey for a mattress pad, but if the quality is as good as it looks, it should last for quite a while. September 1, 2013
Best cotton mattress pad It's darn difficult to find an all-cotton mattress pad these days, so this is a real find. It's soft, quiet and well-made, though rather expensive. Hopefully it will last for many years. Thank you Garnet Hill. April 27, 2013
Wonderful mattress pad Comfortable and all cotton (except the skirt) . Just what I was looking for and had been unable to find anywhere else. March 29, 2013

Answer:
This pad has down in it so I would not recommend washing it as it will break down the down. I would recomend dry cleaning the pad.

Answer:
yes, except, I am not sure about the cover with the plug. I would read the directions or call Garnet Hill on that. That's just one piece; it may be fine on hot, or no. The others seem fine for hot water--no shrinkage apparent,

Answer:
This can be washed hot, but it will shrink. It is made of 100% cotton. I actually bought a California King size for my Queen bed, since I have some sewing skills, I was able to make it fit perfectly after washing, by removing the excess squares on ONLY ONE SIDE (the length shrank down to the perfect size) (head to foot) by unstitching the cotton skirt, cut the width of the top to the measurement I wanted (61 inches) and reattached the skirt. It worked perfectly.

Answer:
Our recommended washing instructions are to machine wash cold, using mild soap, on gentle cycle in a large capacity machine. Do not use bleach. At the end of the complete cycle, re-set washer to normal spin dry cycle for maximum water extraction. Tumble dry on low heat in an extra-large capacity dryer.
